Mitchell’s Plain (just outside Cape Town) born Brandon October entered the IDOLS singing competition and soon found himself as the official runner up for the competition.  This feat alone already proved that Brandon was in a league of his own plus his South African fan base has already grown to  millions.  Since then Brandon has performed on many Television shows as well as numerous concerts.
