Franja du Plessis

Franja du Plessis is a talented singer, songwriter, and actress who discovered her love for music and the stage at a young age.  She gained early recognition by starring in her school’s revue and has since performed in major productions like “Afrikaans is Groot” and “Gospel Skouspel”.

She also starred in the film “As Jy Sing”, writing the emotional song “In Twee Geskeur” for the movie.  In addition to her own music, Franja writes songs for other artists, including her mother, Juanita du Plessis, with hits like “Om Jou Pinkie” and “Kaalvoetkinners”.

A multi-instrumentalist and studio producer, Franja brings depth and versatility to the South African music scene.
