Ruan Josh

Ruan Josh is a versatile artist with a career spanning over 15 years in the local music industry. He is known as a singer, actor, presenter, farmer, and businessman, and his contributions to the South African cultural landscape are impressive.

His debut album, “Eggo” (2017), achieved gold status, and he found further success through his participation in the Du Plessis family trio’s albums “Kaalvoetkinners” (2017) and “Sing Country” (2021). Ruan also did production work for popular shows such as “Krone” (2018) and “Afrikaans is Groot” (2013–2015). His hosting of “Klein Begin” (2018) on SABC 2 highlighted his versatility as an arts connoisseur.
